Certificate Holders
The following links contain information regarding the certificates that have been issued to persons certified to hold the office of assessor or deputy assessor until December 31, 2014. The first link contains the certificate number and the number of continuing education hours earned for the current 4-year period; the second link is sorted by county and certificate holder’s name; and the final link is sorted alphabetically by the certificate holder’s last name. It should be noted that beginning January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2014, all certificate holders must obtain 60 hours of approved continuing education to be eligible to receive approval by the Property Tax Administrator for recertification.
The Assessor/Deputy Assessor Exam for certification is offered in February, May, August and November. For more information on the required Assessor Education, Certification, and Recertification, see Regulation 71.
