Nebraska Net Taxable Sales and Use Tax Worksheet (replaces Nebraska Schedule III)
This program does not require a Nebraska Schedule III. Nebraska Schedule III has been replaced by a new optional and interactive worksheet.
This optional worksheet will help in the calculation of your net taxable sales and use tax for lines 1, 2, and 4. A link to this optional worksheet is found on the Form 10 page of the NebFile for Business program.
Information from the optional worksheet is not saved. If you would like to save or print the optional worksheet PDF, do so before returning to Form 10.
Printing the Return
A PDF of the Form 10 with schedules and reference number may be generated after you click the “File Return” button. The PDF may be printed and/or saved.
Most taxpayers find it is more convenient to print at the end of filing rather than printing each page.
The optional worksheet is not part of the PDF generated at the completion of filing.
The online payment system (E-pay) is separate from the e-filing program. For your convenience, a link to the payment system is provided at completion of e-filing. E-pay requires a separate login and password. You will need to enter the payment amount.
Taxpayers mandated to pay electronically will not be given an option to print a payment voucher.
This program allows you to e-file a current period return beginning the first day of the month following the close of the tax period.
Multiple returns may be e-filed in one session without having to exit your browser. After e-filing a return, use the logout or exit links to return to the login page.
You may correct a current period return that has already been filed any time before the return’s due date.
Returns for prior tax periods that have not yet been filed will be listed on the Tax Period page.
Beginning with tax year 2010, annual filers are encouraged to use NebFile for Business to file Form 10.
Updated balances will be shown on line 12 of Form 10 no later than the 10th of the month. If the balance shown on line 12 does not match your records, please contact the Department at 800-742-7474 (toll free in Nebraska and Iowa) or 402-471-5729.
