Pickle Card Regulations
(Chapter 35, Sections 301 and 309)
The Department of Revenue is proposing new regulations governing Pickle Cards pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 9-322. These regulations will be located at Title 316, Chapter 35, sections 301 and 309. These proposed regulations are tentative. Any member of the public may comment on these proposed regulations before they are offered for formal hearing.
The deadline for public comments is 5:00 p.m. CST, October 9, 2012. Public comments should be sent to George Kilpatrick, Attorney, Nebraska Department of Revenue, at george.kilpatrick@nebraska.gov.
