Local Sales and Use Tax Regulations
(Chapter 9, Sections 001 through 012)
The Department of Revenue is proposing new regulations governing Local Sales and Use Tax pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 13-319 through 13-326; and 77-27,142 through 77-27,148. These regulations will be located at Title 316, Chapter 9, Sections 001 through 012. These proposed regulations are tentative. Any member of the public may comment on these proposed regulations before they are offered for formal hearing.
The deadline for public comments is 5:00 p.m. CST, January 31, 2013. Public comments should be sent to George Kilpatrick, Attorney, Nebraska Department of Revenue, at george.kilpatrick@nebraska.gov.
