The Department of Revenue is proposing new regulations governing Sales and Use Tax pursuant to section 77-2701.03 through 77-2713, R.R.S. 2009. These regulations will be located at Title 316, Chapter 1, sections 010, 041, 042, 060, 072, 077, 083, 087, 090, 091, 092, 093, and 110. These proposed regulations are tentative.  Any member of the public may comment on these proposed regulations before they are offered for formal hearing. 

The deadline for public comments is 5:00 p.m. CST, September 21, 2012.  Public comments should be sent to George Kilpatrick, Attorney, Nebraska Department of Revenue, at george.kilpatrick@nebraska.gov.
