The Department of Revenue is requesting public comments on proposed new regulations governing Sales and Use Tax pursuant to section 77-2701.03 through 77-2713, R.R.S. 2009. These regulations will be located at Title 316, Chapter 1, sections 005, 017, 045, 058, 062, 080, 102, 106, 107, and 109. The Department is also proposing to repeal the Nonresident Contractor Regulations, Chapter 8, sections 001 through 006.
