A Public Hearing has been scheduled for March 18, 2011, beginning at 10:00 a.m. CST, at the Nebraska State Office Building (301 Centennial Mall South, Lincoln) in Lower Level Conference Room A.
Included in this hearing are Title 316:

• Chapter 1 -- Sales and Use Tax (revised);
• Chapter 13 -- Nameplate Capacity Tax (new); and
• Chapter 17 -- Inheritance Tax (revised).

Also included is Chapter 350, Chapter 71 -- Assessor Certification and Education (revised).
