The Property Assessment Division has posted the Legislative Summary for 2011. 

In addition, the Division has made the following updates to the Nebraska Assessor's Reference Manual:

1) Updated the Property Assessment & Taxation Calendar  to reflects 2011 legislative changes, and

2) Rescinded Directive 05-6 Sales File Advice for Determining "Assessor Location" (information incorporated in the Sales File Practice Manual).
