The Nebraska Department of Revenue’s Motor Fuels Division has updated the Nebraska Ethanol and Biodiesel Producer Information Guide.  It was modified to reflect the lowering of the point of mandatory EFT payments from $20,000 annual tax liability to $5,000 annual tax liability.
