The Property Assessment Division has posted a revised form to the website for Nebraska Personal Property Return and Schedule.

Minor changes were made to the form, along with instructions to make them consistent with the Department's standards. Please note that on Table B Part 2, the categories have been alphabetized.

The revised form is effective immediately.
