The Department of Revenue is proposing new regulations governing Corporate Income Tax pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 77-2714 through 77-27,123. These regulations will be located at Title 316, Chapter 24, sections 006, 007, 008, 043, 046, and 063. These proposed regulations are tentative. Any member of the public may comment on these proposed regulations before they are offered for formal hearing.
