On October 3, 2012, the Nebraska Department of Revenue mailed a notice to all sales tax permitholders regarding the Prepaid Wireless Surcharge.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do NOT sell or recharge prepaid wireless mobile phones or prepaid phone cards, THIS SURCHARGE DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU, and you do not need to take any further action.
