A new Form 20CT, Nebraska Cigarette and Tobacco Products License and Registration Application, is available.

LB 590 requires additional licensing and registration requirements.  All cigarette manufacturers, distributors, and cigarette wholesale dealers will be required to submit their cigarette tax information electronically. Because of the new licensing and reporting requirements it is necessary to generate a new Directory License and register all PACT Act filers in order to issue to them Nebraska ID numbers for processing purposes. Since there is limited space on the existing Form 20 there is the need for a new application.  The existing Form 20 will be revised later this year to remove these programs from that application.
