The Nebraska Department of Revenue is no longer providing the paper three part Nebraska Application for Parking Cabin Trailers or Mobile Homes. The application and permit is now available in an electronic format. The application and permit can be accessed on the Department's website.                            

The application must be completed online. Information that is typed on the application will appear on the permit. The application will need be signed by the owner, lessee, or manager of the land upon which two or more cabin trailers or mobile homes are located. The signed application and $5.00 application fee must be returned to your office for processing.

The county treasurer will need to sign the permit and make two copies of the application/permit. The original signed permit should be issued to the applicant. Retain a copy of the application for your files, and send a copy to the county assessor's office.
