The Department has issued Revenue Ruling 35-13-1, Player Access Devices, related to County/City Lottery (Keno).

LB 490 (2011) removed the restriction on player access to lottery (keno) equipment. This ruling establishes requirements for keno kiosks which allow players to write tickets and place wagers.
